Do you deliver at the weekend or on public holidays?
We do not deliver on weekends and public holidays.
Can I specify a time on delivery day?
We are unable to specify a time of delivery but you can contact us to check on progress.
What happens if we are not at home for the delivery?
If you are not at home when we arrive to deliver your flowers, we will leave your delivery at the door or at a place instructed by you.
Can I pause my subscription?
If you’re going on holiday or just want to take a break, you can pause your subscription at any time.
How do I pause or cancel my subscription?
You can place your order on pause or cancel your order under “My account” – please note we require one week’s notice to do this.
Can I include a personal message with a gift
At the checkout in the notes field add your personal message and we will include it with the delivery.
How do I look after my flowers?
Our flowers are delivered dry and will need conditioning when they arrive. When you receive the flowers trim the stems and place in water adding our flower food. The flowers will take up water and perk up.
