Returns and Refunds

  • Whilst we make every effort to provide beautiful fresh flowers please appreciate that these flowers are a perishable item and we are unable to accept returns.
  • We will offer replacement flowers or a refund if these flowers are damaged or not delivered to an acceptable standard. Please note that you will need to email us a photo within 24 hours of receiving the flowers at
  • Our flowers are delivered dry (this means they are not in water) and on receiving these flowers they need to be put in water to be conditioned
